If you want to book our translation service, please pay and book it at least 2 weeks before the application deadline for submission of all documents;
If you want to book our guardian service, you need to pay and book it 2 months before the application deadline, just in case your application fails because of failed to submit application documents on time.

*1. A photocopy of the Foreigner Physical Examination Form

This form must be completed within 6 months prior to application and must strictly follow all required items. Forms will be considered invalid if any items are missing, if a personal photo is not attached or is not stamped across the corner, or if they lack the doctor's and hospital's signatures and stamps.

*3. A study plan at least 1,000 words

*4. Academic transcripts (notarized copy in English or Chinese)

*5. A copy of the passport information page, which must remain valid for a minimum of two additional years.

*6. A Bank Statement demonstrating funds of at least 30,000 RMB or the equivalent in an account under the applicant's name or their legal guardian's name.

*7. Bachelor degree certificate

The expected graduation certificate can be acceptable,but the original graduation certificate must be submitted at the time of registration

*8. 2 recommendation letters from professors or associate professors

*9. Non-criminal Record Certificate

-Please note that this document is valid for only 3 months. For instance, if you submit your -application in April, your non-criminal record must have been issued no earlier than January.
-Obtain a police clearance certificate from the local police station where you currently reside, confirming no criminal record in the past 6 months at the time of application.
-You need to translated it into CHINESE if it is not in Chinese; Then you need to get it notarized by local notary office and then get it certified by local Chinese embassy; If your country has joined the HAGUE convention then just do the Chinese translation and Apostille; Then you may need to mail original copy of non-criminal record and translation & certified(or Apostille) documents to the university in China.
-If you are currently in China, the certificate must be issued by the local Chinese police.

*10. Curriculum Vitae

A Curriculum Vitae (CV) that comprehensively details educational and practical experiences from junior high school to the date of application submission, ensuring a continuous timeline with no gaps exceeding six months.

Tips:
For applicants who are in China: If you are an employee, you still need to provide employment separation certificate and your current residence permit. If you are a student, you need to provide transfer certificate, leaving certificate, certificate of attendance rate issued by previous school and your current residence permit.
